Sweet and tangy meatballs glazed with a cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday appetizers or parties.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, milk, bread crumbs, and egg. Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice; cook over medium heat until heated through.
- Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Notes
Serve warm with toothpicks for easy appetizer serving. Can be made ahead and reheated.
