Description

Delicious bite-sized appetizers made with puff pastry, brie cheese, and cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 12 squares.
  3. Place a piece of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the corners to form rose shapes and brush with egg wash.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
