- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares.
- Place a cube of brie, a few cranberries, and chopped figs in the center of each square.
- Sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper, then drizzle with honey.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and brush with egg wash.
