Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy; remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add diced potatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in green beans, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper; cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked bacon back in and stir well; cook for another 5 minutes until everything is tender.

Notes

For extra flavor, add garlic or cheese on top before serving.
