- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in green beans, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper; cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add the cooked bacon back in and stir well; cook for another 5 minutes until everything is tender.
Notes
For extra flavor, add garlic or cheese on top before serving.
