Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon sage

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add celery, onion, and garlic to the skillet; cook until vegetables are softened.
  4. Stir in cornbread, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
