- 4 slices American cheese
- 1/2 lb shaved ribeye or thinly sliced steak
- 2 tbsp butter, divided
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- For the Special Sauce (Optional but recommended):
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp diced onions (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Make Sauce (Optional):Mix mayo, mustard, onion, garlic powder, and paprika.
