Description

Use a bagel of your choice—onion or everything bagels add extra flavor.Add sautéed onions or bell peppers for a twist.Use cheddar or provolone if you prefer a different cheese.

  • 2 plain bagels, sliced and toasted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 lb shaved ribeye or thinly sliced steak
  • 2 tbsp butter, divided
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • For the Special Sauce (Optional but recommended):
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp diced onions (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Make Sauce (Optional):Mix mayo, mustard, onion, garlic powder, and paprika.
