A refreshing non-alcoholic twist on the classic mojito with coconut and mint flavors, perfect for a snowy holiday vibe.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Shredded coconut for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint leaves in a glass.
  2. Add lime juice and agave syrup, stirring well.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour in coconut water.
  4. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with shredded coconut and serve immediately.
