A timeless appetizer featuring hard-boiled eggs mixed with mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings for a creamy filling.

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Drain and cool eggs under cold water, then peel and slice in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and mash them in a bowl. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
