For the Crust:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool completely, then peel and halve lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pipe or spoon yolk mixture back into egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
