A classic dish featuring tender chicken breasts stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese, then breaded and baked to golden perfection.

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices ham
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Layer a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Dredge each chicken roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place in the prepared baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
