Description

This festive holiday sangria combines crisp white wine with fresh raspberries, apples, and a hint of spices for a merry Christmas drink that’s easy to make and perfect for parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (750ml) bottle dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1/2 cup raspberry liqueur, such as Chambord
  • 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, raspberry liqueur, and honey or simple syrup. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add the fresh raspberries, orange slices, and apple slices to the pitcher.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sangria over the ice. Garnish with extra raspberries or orange slices if desired.
