  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (10 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • For Garnish:
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds or pine nuts
  • Crackers or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped artichoke hearts, drained spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Shape the cheese mixture into a wreath on a serving platter.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley, red bell pepper, and nuts around the wreath.
  7. Serve with crackers or bread.

Notes
