- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (10 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- For Garnish:
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds or pine nuts
- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped artichoke hearts, drained spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Shape the cheese mixture into a wreath on a serving platter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, red bell pepper, and nuts around the wreath.
- Serve with crackers or bread.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For best results, drain spinach and artichokes thoroughly to avoid excess moisture.
