Description

These festive spinach and artichoke bites are perfect for holiday gatherings, featuring a creamy filling wrapped in flaky pastry.


Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into 2-inch squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
