- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
