- Fresh chives, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Arrange cucumber slices on a serving platter.
- Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Top with a piece of smoked salmon.
- Garnish with chives.
- Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours.
Notes
