Description

A festive holiday dessert featuring cupcakes pulled apart and arranged in a wreath shape, decorated with icing and holiday sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 24 vanilla cupcakes, baked and cooled
  • 2 cups vanilla frosting
  • 1 cup green food coloring
  • 1/2 cup red candy cherries
  • 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Bake 24 vanilla cupcakes according to package instructions and let them cool.
  2. Tint the vanilla frosting with green food coloring until desired shade is achieved.
  3. Arrange the cupcakes in a circular wreath shape on a large platter.
  4. Frost the tops of the cupcakes with the green frosting.
  5. Decorate with red candy cherries and holiday sprinkles to finish the wreath design.

Notes

For a variation, use chocolate cupcakes and add edible holly leaves.
