- 1 cucumber, cubed
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Thread cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta, and red onion onto skewers, alternating colors for Christmas appeal.
- Sprinkle pomegranate arils along the skewers.
- Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary.
