A festive no-bake Christmas wreath made with cream cheese, filled with assorted fruits and nuts for a delightful holiday appetizer.

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
- Fruit and Nut Filling:
- 2 cups mixed dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots), chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup cherries, halved
- Decoration:
- Additional fresh berries or kiwi slices for garnish
- Sprigs of fresh mint or rosemary for wreath shape
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped heavy cream until well combined.
- Mix together the chopped dried fruits, pecans, walnuts, and cherries in a separate bowl.
- Line a serving platter with plastic wrap in a circle to form a wreath shape.
- Spoon half the cream cheese mixture into the circle to form the base.
- Add the fruit and nut mixture on top, then cover with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Smooth the top and sides to shape into a wreath.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, remove the plastic wrap, garnish with fresh berries, kiwi slices, and herb sprigs to resemble a wreath.
- Serve with crackers or as a decorative centerpiece.
Notes
This recipe can be prepared a day in advance. Adjust fruits based on availability. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing.
