- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces goat cheese, softened
- 1 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped (for rolling)
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Crackers or celery sticks for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and goat cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped cranberries, walnuts, green onions, parsley, honey, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a ball.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Just before serving, roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans to coat.
- Serve with crackers or celery sticks.
