- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix feta cheese, chopped cranberries, walnuts, honey, and balsamic vinegar (if using).
- Spoon the mixture into each phyllo cup.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cups are crisp and the filling is warm.
- Sprinkle with chopped mint if desired and serve immediately.
