Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Zest of one orange
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined; press into the bottom of each liner.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla, sour cream, and orange zest.
- Fold in cranberries gently.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the liners and bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Cool in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a festive touch, top with whipped cream and additional cranberries.
