- 1 cup powdered sugar

- For decoration: 1 cup powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and salt, mix well.
- Gradually stir in flour until a dough forms.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week. For a festive touch, add food coloring to the dough.
