Description
These easy chicken stuffed crescent rolls are a delicious and quick appetizer or main dish. Filled with tender chicken and cheese, wrapped in flaky crescent dough and baked to perfection.

- 2 (8 ounce) tubes crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the crescent dough from the wide end to the point, tucking the point under.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
