A deconstructed version of classic egg rolls with all the flavors in a simple bowl format.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add garlic, ginger, and onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in coleslaw mix and cook until slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Stir to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until flavors meld.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
