  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
