Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in sliced potatoes, salt, and pepper; cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top and cover until melted, about 5 minutes.
