For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream or ranch dressing (for serving)
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shredded chicken, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and parsley.
Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle a mix of mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese on half of the tortilla.
- Add a generous portion of the seasoned chicken.
- Drizzle with garlic butter sauce for extra flavor.
- Fold the tortilla in half, pressing lightly.
Cook the Wraps:
- Heat a clean skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Place the wrap in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.

- Slice each wrap in half and serve with sour cream, ranch dressing, or extra garlic butter for dipping.
