Scale
  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each cooked rigatoni tube with the cheese mixture and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed rigatoni and sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
