Ingredients

  • 4 large apples, cored and hollowed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, mixing until well combined.
  3. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the cored apples, filling them evenly.
  4. Place the stuffed apples in a baking dish and sprinkle the tops with graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the filling is set.
