- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, mixing until well combined.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the cored apples, filling them evenly.
- Place the stuffed apples in a baking dish and sprinkle the tops with graham cracker crumbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the filling is set.
