- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ketchup or mustard for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper until cheese is melted.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with ketchup or mustard.
Notes
Make sure to drain the beef well for less grease. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
