Description

These bite-sized appetizers feature ground beef and cheese wrapped in crescent rolls, perfect for parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ketchup or mustard for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper until cheese is melted.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
  6. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with ketchup or mustard.

Notes

Make sure to drain the beef well for less grease. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
