Description
Store the bars in an airtight container for up to 1 week or in the fridge for 2 weeks. These bars can be frozen for up to 3 months. You can swap apples for pumpkin or sweet potato puree, and carrots for zucchini.

- 1 ½ cupsrolled oats
 - 1medium apple, grated
 - 1medium carrot, grated
 - 1egg
 - ¼ cupunsweetened applesauce
 - 1 tbsphoney(optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheatovento 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray withparchment paper.
 - Grate the apple and carrot into a mixing bowl.
 - Add oats, egg, applesauce, andhoney(if using) into the bowl, and mix well.
 - Spread the mixture evenly onto the lined baking tray, about ½ inch thick.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden.
 - Let the bars cool completely, then cut into squares or rectangles.
