- 1/2stick unsalted butter (1/4 cup)
- 3 cupsmini marshmallows
- 1/2 cupsugar
- 1/2 cupheavy cream
- 3packets apple cider drink mix (0.74 ozeach)
- 3 cupswhite chocolate chips
- 1/2 cupcaramel bits or squares
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan withparchment paper.
- In asaucepanover low heat, melt the butter. Add marshmallows, sugar, and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in apple cider drink mix.
- Add white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Pour into the prepared pan.
- In a small pan, melt caramel bits with additional heavy cream, then drizzle over fudge.
- Use aknifeto swirl caramel into the fudge.
- Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours, then cut into squares.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute with vegan marshmallows, coconut cream, and vegan chocolate.Use a low heat to prevent the chocolate from scorching.
