Description

A festive wreath made with avocado toast topped with Caprese ingredients like tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, pitted and sliced
  • 4 slices of whole-grain bread
  • 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves, to taste
  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. Mash the avocado slices and spread evenly on the toasted bread.
  3. Layer the tomato slices and mozzarella on top of the avocado.
  4. Arrange the toasts in a circular wreath shape on a platter.
  5. Add fresh basil leaves for garnish and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
