A layered gelatin dessert that mimics the colors of candy corn, perfect for Halloween parties.
Ingredients

- 1 package (3 oz) orange gelatin
- 1 package (3 oz) lemon gelatin
- 1 package (3 oz) yellow gelatin
- 3 cups boiling water, divided
- 3 cups cold water, divided
- Whipped topping for garnish
Instructions
- Dissolve the orange gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water and stir. Pour into clear cups or molds and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
- Dissolve the lemon gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water and stir. Carefully pour over the set orange layer and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
- Dissolve the yellow gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water and stir. Carefully pour over the set lemon layer and refrigerate until fully set, about 1-2 hours.
- Once all layers are set, garnish with whipped topping if desired, and serve chilled.
Notes
Ensure each layer is completely set before adding the next to prevent mixing colors. For a festive touch, use candy corn as a topping.
