For the Crust:
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season the steak bites with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
