Description

A warm and comforting fall dish featuring roasted butternut squash and apples, spiced with cinnamon and brown sugar.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 2 medium apples, cored and sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash and sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and salt.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
