- 2 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 2 medium apples, cored and sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash and sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and salt.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the squash is tender and lightly browned.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
