Description

A delightful dessert featuring soft rolls filled with creamy blueberry cheesecake mixture.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, cream butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in blueberries gently.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Roll out the dough and spread the cream cheese mixture over it.
  8. Roll up the dough into a log and slice into rolls.
  9. Place rolls in a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

For best results, use fresh blueberries and chill the dough before baking. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
