Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Roll out the dough and spread the cream cheese mixture over it.
- Roll up the dough into a log and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
For best results, use fresh blueberries and chill the dough before baking. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
