- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cherries, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually stir in flour until dough forms, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions and fold in chopped cherries.
- Spoon brownie mixture into molds and add a dollop of cookie dough in the center.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool, then drizzle with heavy cream mixture.
