Delicious brownie bombs filled with cookie dough and topped with cherries for a black forest twist.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup cookie dough (pre-made or homemade)
- 1 cup cherries, pitted and chopped
- For topping: whipped cream and extra cherries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking tray.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Add butter, eggs, and vanilla; stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and cookie dough chunks.
- Form into balls and press a cherry into each.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
- Cool and top with whipped cream and cherries.
Notes
Ensure cookie dough is safe to eat raw if not baking fully. Store in refrigerator.
