Description

Delicious brownie bombs filled with cookie dough and topped with cherries for a black forest twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cookie dough (pre-made or homemade)
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and chopped
  • For topping: whipped cream and extra cherries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking tray.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  3. Add butter, eggs, and vanilla; stir until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and cookie dough chunks.
  5. Form into balls and press a cherry into each.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
  7. Cool and top with whipped cream and cherries.

Notes

Ensure cookie dough is safe to eat raw if not baking fully. Store in refrigerator.
