White Chocolate Chip Cookies

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend into butter mixture.
  4. Stir in white chocolate chips. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheets.
  5. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
