For the Crust:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend into butter mixture.
- Stir in white chocolate chips. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheets.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring.
