For the Crust:

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and orange juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and mixture thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chopped pecans, orange zest, and cinnamon. Let cool before serving.
