A refreshing and colorful pasta salad perfect for summer gatherings.

For the Crust:
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
