Delicious jumbo pasta shells stuffed with a creamy spinach and ricotta filling, baked in marinara sauce.

For the Crust:
- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, egg, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Fill each cooked pasta shell with the spinach and ricotta mixture and place in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with extra mozzarella if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
