Description

Creamy mashed potatoes infused with fresh rosemary and garlic for a flavorful side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and return to the pot.
  3. Add garlic, rosemary, milk, and butter to the potatoes.
  4. Mash until smooth and creamy.
