For the Crust:
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup mango, diced
- 1/2 cup pineapple, diced
- 1/2 cup kiwi, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a clear glass or bowl, start by adding a layer of vanilla Greek yogurt.
- Add a layer of strawberries followed by another layer of yogurt.
- Continue layering with mango, pineapple, kiwi, and blueberries, alternating with yogurt between each fruit layer.
- Top with granola and drizzle with honey if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
