For the Crust:

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup kiwi, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a clear glass or bowl, start by adding a layer of vanilla Greek yogurt.
  2. Add a layer of strawberries followed by another layer of yogurt.
  3. Continue layering with mango, pineapple, kiwi, and blueberries, alternating with yogurt between each fruit layer.
  4. Top with granola and drizzle with honey if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
