Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
