For the Crust:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Add salmon to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, then stir in parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Return salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over the fillets. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
