A refreshing and slightly sweet bourbon cocktail with maple syrup and citrus flavors.

For the Crust:
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz pure maple syrup
- 3–4 fresh mint leaves
- Club soda
- Ice cubes
- Lemon wheel and mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the maple syrup.
- Add bourbon, lemon juice, and ice to the shaker. Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with a splash of club soda.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
