For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  2. Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  3. Arrange lemon slices on top of the ricotta. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper over the pizza.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the edges are crispy.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
