For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the ricotta. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper over the pizza.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the edges are crispy.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
