For the Crust:

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini, sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salami, diced
  • 1/2 cup provolone cheese, diced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, pepperoncini, black olives, salami, and provolone cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
