- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, diced apples, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
